How To Raise a Support Request

  1. Open app settings and go to Help.
  2. Select issue category: account, wallet, game result, or technical.
  3. Add match ID/transaction ID, screenshot, and short description.
  4. Submit request and keep ticket reference for tracking.

Login problem, profile mismatch, verification issue, or unauthorized access concern.

Wallet Issues

Deposit not reflected, balance mismatch, or transaction status check.

Gameplay Issues

Unexpected disconnection, disputed game result, opponent behavior, or fair-play report.

Recommended Details In Every Ticket

  • Registered mobile/email or user ID.
  • Game name and match time (if gameplay issue).
  • Transaction reference (if wallet issue).
  • Screenshot/video evidence where possible.
