How do I start playing?
Download the APK from the official page, install the app, create your account, and choose a game mode.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
For security, only one active device session is recommended at a time. Frequent device changes can trigger verification checks.

Games and Matches
Which games are available?
Clinq Spile currently offers Ludo, Chess, Snake and Ladders, Tic Tac Toe, and 8 Ball Pool.
How is match winner decided?
Each game uses its own rules and scoring logic. Results shown in the app after match completion are treated as final.
Can I leave a game in the middle?
Yes, but leaving a live match may count as a loss depending on game mode and contest rules.
Wallet and Rewards
Can I win real rewards?
Yes. Rewards depend on your game results, contest rules, and platform eligibility checks.
Are losses refundable?
No. Game losses are not refundable once a valid match result is recorded.
Can added wallet money be reverted?
No. Added wallet balance is non-reversible and non-refundable except where required by law.
Fair Play and Safety
What happens if someone uses unfair methods?
Accounts can be reviewed, suspended, or restricted for suspicious activity, cheating, or policy violations.
